The grey pelted brute wandered into the Gemstone Caves, a beautiful place which no one owns, which somehow makes it feel more perfect. The time of day was night, the stars twinkled in their beds outside the caves, the moon gleamed upon the land washing it with a pale light.
Dusk's orbs stared around the cave, focusing on several features. The gemstones that shone from the wall captivated him with their beauty, sparkling with many colours from purple to orange. They glinted beautifully in the weak moonlight, making them glitter with pride. The floor of the cave was a hard surface, wet with moisture and cold to the touch. He walked onward, his paw pads pressing against the surface with each step. His breath was a cloud of water vapour which protuded from his mouth in an even pace. His tail lung behind him, holding no particular poise.
He had wandered here as he wanted a break from his duties of the pack, he was sure he would be able to hear Tain's howl if he needed him. He stepped onto a risen rock and lay down there, thinking of his life, from how he came from being a lone wolf to a pack wolf with a very respectable rank. He loved his life at the moment, he had a home, a best friend, a pack that was his family and his health. There was just one thing missing; a love.

Crimson walked into the cave, she could smell a wolf brute, but not any of the two she met at Neptune's Lake. That encounter with the one that lunged for her was quite amusing, surrendered to a fox, Ha! The gemstones set into the wall here were certainly extremely beautiful, glimmering in the weak light.
She saw the brute up ahead, he was grey pelted, and seemed to be of a high rank in a pack, maybe a Warrior or Beta. Crimson didn't really know too much of the ranks that went on in wolf packs. Only those that wolves boasted when they met her, and she couldn't be too certain that what they claimed to be was correct.
Crimson treaded lightly on the hard cold surface, trying not to attract too much attention to herself, but somehow, wanted to be seen. She quite liked taunting wolves, especially as she was agile enough to avoid them and escape if they got too vicious for her liking.

Dusk heard a faint noice, his ears swivelled to the source of it then his head followed. His orbs landed upon the small frame of a vixen, only around ten feet away, in this same cave. He wondered what on earth a fox was doing there, they were usually so timid creatures, yet this one followed a wolf into a cave where there was so little exits for it to escape.
He walked slowly up to it and sat down, showing that he wasn't threatening.
"Hello there, what brings you to the cave?" He asked kindly to her, hoping not to startle the vixen.

Beltane wandered into the cave. It was filled with glittering gems and sparkling jewels. They looked very pretty in the monnlight.
She wandered on as her paws felt the cold, moist earth. She stop as she heard a noise up ahead. She slowly treaded foreward.
First she saw a small fox. Her coat was a pretty deep red. Then she saw an unfamiliar greyish brown brute. She feared he was a dark, but the more she watched him, the more she realised that he was neither dark nor light, he was neutral. This put Beltane at ease.
She stepped foreward a few more steps.
"Hello! My name is beltane. Didin't mean to interrupt or anything."
She sat down as her neon green orbs watched the brute. She waited for a reply.

Crimson noticed that this brute was tlaking to her, asking her what she was doing, well she wanted to know what he was doing, straying from his beloved packlands.
"Well, unless you are blind you can plainly see I am exploring these caves. I have much more of a right to ask you what on earth you are doing. You are a pack wolf, right am I not? So I really don't see any reason for you to come into the Unclaimed lands where we free beings lurk and think yourself so high and mighty because you happen to be of a stronger species." Crimson spat at him. She hated being asked why she was somewhere, stupid nosy wolves. They were so ignorant of other species intelligence and ability to cope.
She noticed an unusual coloured fae arrive on the scene, she didn't mind the females so much because they didn't really intend to think themselves above others as females had been trodden on for many centuries so they did not feel the need to do it to others. Crimson was an extreme feminist in her own right and hated speaking with brutes who questioned her actions, thinknig they had the right do to so.
((OOC: Sabriel here, this is not how I truely feel btw, even though I am quite a feminist, not to that extrmeme, lol. just my character's personality.))

Beltane noticed that the fox didn't take kindly to the brute. But being the curious wolf that she was, she decided to talk to the fox.
"What happened with you and that other wolf? Anything I can do to help you?"
Beltane may have been grown up, but she felt like a puppy still. She loved childhood. She wanted to learn more about the fox.

Dusk was quire surprised and the vixen's response, he had never been talked to like that by one of a different species.
"Well I was only asking, " He snorted. "No need to go off on one like that." He added. He held his tail high and then he noticed the other wolf appear, she was an oddly coloured one.
"Hello there Beltane, I am Dusk." He said, but she was already talking to the fox. He sat down upon the stoney floor of the cave and wrapped his tail around him. He watched as Beltane tried to engage the vixen in conversation, like he had done.

Beltane heard the Brute speak to her. The fox wasn't talking back so she left it be.
"Hello Dusk. I don't recall seeing you before! But it's always good to make a new friend!"
SHe paused and looked around at the millions of glittery stones. It was beautiful, just like the rest of this land.
"This cave is so beautiful! Isn't it?"
Beltane sat down on the cool floor and waited for a reply, looking at him with her neon green orbs.

Crimson was about to relply to the fae but as the foolish brute cut across her Beltane was now talking to him, she didn't really care though, she did not tend to socialize much. Not because she couldn't, but because she didn't really want to.
She stretched her ebony pelted legs our in front of her and yawned quietly to herself, baring her small, sharp and pointy teeth. She was starting to feel a bit overwhelmed by company so she walked further into the cave, not really caring if she seemed rude or not by leaving without saying so.
Her bushy tail lay limp behind her, gleaming red in the weak light, a fox's pride and joy was it's glorious tail, they would feel so incomplete without it, say, if it got caught it a trap or something.
Although her back was now towards the wolves she turned her head round and looked at the brute.
"How rude..." She said under her breath, inaudible by the wolves, her words nothing but a tiny whisper. She hated species who thought themselves above other ones because they had superior strength, it took more than that to win a battle. Like how she had shown that Dark brute by Neptune's Lake.

Dusk nodded with agreement to Beltane, it was a beautiful cave, man could scavenge for the precious stones here as only wolves could reach it.
"Yes it is Beautiful," He added to his gesture.
" What brings you here anyway?" Dusk asked her, he decided to ignore the fox as it probably wanted to be alone.
But suddenly Dusk heard his Alpha howl, he needed to be there. It sounded extremely urgent.
"Oh I am terribly sorry, my Alpha has just howled and it sounded like he really needed me." Dusk apoligized and with no other words he left the cave as quick as possible.

Beltane watched as Dusk left. She hoped nithing was wrong. She decided it was time to get pack to her pack lands. She was getting tired as the moon had started to rise. She left the cave, but she would be back soon to do more exploring!

Crimson watched the brute and the fae leave, she, however, remained behind. She did not follow others, that was beneath her.
She found a comfy patch of moss growing on a nearby rock so she settled there, curling up into a red fluffy ball she gazed at the beautiful gemstones. She was glad that humans could not find this place, it would be raped of its beauty to satisfy their greed. She smiled to herself, her mind at rest and with no pesky wolves to disturb her she settled down for a quick nap. She loved being free to do what he wanted and no one could tell her what to do, not even wolves.
